Paint Classes- Fall/Winter

Noreen Powell is back for the Fall 2023 Friday Paint Club season! Join us for one or more painting classes that will expand your knowledge of art techniques and improve your skills as an artist. Each class features a different subject and style with a focus on specific techniques. The class is designed to be easy to follow to encourage even the most beginner painters to join the fun!

The Living Room Art Gallery

Located in Historic St. Agnes Cemetery’s Visitors Center

48 Cemetery Avenue, Menands, NY 12204

Each class includes paints, brushes, canvas or watercolor paper, refreshments, and a lot of one-on-one instruction. The price per two-hour class is $35 unless otherwise noted.  Payment is due the morning before class starts. 

Reservations are necessary as space is limited and classes book up quickly.

All classes are 10 AM – Noon unless otherwise noted:

·        September 8 10AM – Noon: Dancing Pears (acrylic) $35

·        September 22 10AM – Noon: Jam Jar with Spoon (acrylic) $35

·        September 29 10AM – 1 PM: A Pair of Mums    (acrylic and water-soluble oil)    $55

·        October 6 10AM- Noon: Pumpkins by an Old Barn (acrylic) $35

·        October 13 10AM – Noon: Alaska Wonderland (acrylic)  $35

·        October 20 10AM – Noon: Golden Rod (acrylic) $35

·        October 27 10AM – Noon: Bare Tree in the Forest (acrylic) $35

·        November 3 10AM – Noon: Waiting for a Letter (acrylic) $35

·        November 10 10AM – Noon: Pitch Pines (acrylic) $35

·        November 17 10AM – Noon: Pretty Chicken (watercolor) $25

·        December 1 10AM – Noon: Winter Home (acrylic and water-soluble oil) $55

·        December 8 10AM – Noon: Apples and Holly (acrylic) $35

·        December 15 10AM -Noon: Green Sleigh (acrylic) $35
