    February 1, 1995 - March 30, 2022

Andrew Sebastian Surrounded by his loving family, Andrew passed from this world into eternal life on March 30, 2022, following a brief illness. Andrew was born on February 1, 1995 to Susan and Thomas Napierski and was the light of their lives. He grew up in Delmar and graduated from Bethlehem High School in 2013. His passion for truth and wisdom led him to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from SUNY New Paltz in 2017. Andrew was involved in the scouting community and achieved the level of Life Scout. He played baseball through the town programs and in high school he ran track and cross county with his group of buddies. He received his varsity letter in cross country. Andrew had many passions. He loved both making and listening to music. He played guitar and violin. After his parents, his primary care givers were his Nanny Helen and Poppy Ray. He loved being at their house and spoke often of his time with them. When he was six years old, his brother, Grant, was born. They delighted in each other and supported each other always. Andrew had many friends and cherished the time spent with them. They were truly a gift in his life. At the time of his passing, Andrew was employed by SEFCU in Glenmont. He enjoyed his job and joyfully shared that he was accepted into their family. His search for truth and meaning was relentless. He was an avid reader of philosophical and theological iterature. Conversations with him were fascinating and memorable. He was wise beyond his years. In Andrew’s search for truth and justice for all, he participated in the Bethlehem Youth Court. He enjoyed all the volunteer roles including judge, prosecutor and defense attorney. This program enhanced his debating and analytical skills. We will forever cherish the time we had with him. Andrew is survived by his loving parents and his beloved brother, Grant. He was the beloved nephew of Carol Burger (Steve) and John Napierski who were a loving and supportive presence in his life. In addition, he is survived by grandparents, William and Sheila Nugent and his Uncles Michael Nugent (Lei Lei) and Stephen Nugent.
