Michael Thai Tran, 48, of Colonie, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2022. Born in Saigon, Vietnam, he was the son of Son Tran and Phuc Nguyen. Michael came to the United States in 1997. He worked as nail technician in Troy. He enjoyed time with friends and family. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle. Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Thuy Tran, two daughters, Kaylyn and Skylar, and his parents Son and Phuc. He is also survived by his brothers Lam and Hung, sisters Linh, Linda, and Lynn, as well as several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Thursday, June 2nd beginning at 7pm to 9pm. Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Ave, Albany NY 12205. Funeral with mass service will be 8:30am - 9:30am at St. Clare's Roman Catholic Church, 1947 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205. Interment will be at St. Agnes, 48 Cemetery Ave, Menands, NY 12204, at 9:45 am.
