Patricia Milanese Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Patricia Milanese passed away on July 8, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Watervliet to James J. and Corinne O'Keefe, she graduated from Watervliet High School and worked for several years in the N.Y.S. Department of Corrections in Albany until 1964, when she became a homemaker. She was an active member of the East Side Seniors Center and an avid bocce player. She loved travel, especially visits to Maine, volunteered at several local schools, and was an enthusiastic walker. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Arthur Milanese. She is survived by four children, Michael D. (Eric Bowles) Morgan, Colleen Morgan (Norman) Rowe, James P. Morgan and Brian (Tracie) A. Milanese. She will be greatly missed by her seven grandchildren, Cori (Craig) Delahanty, Amy (Wayne) Miller, Ian (Julie) Morgan, Clare (Michael Henry) Morgan, Chloe (Steven) Perazzelli, Isabel (Jack McCulley) Morgan, Hannah (Derek Mitchell) Morgan, and 13 adorable great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Mary Sullivan and James O'Keefe Jr. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, June 13, from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Daniel Purcell Funeral Home, 510 Pawling Ave., Troy. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
