March 13, 1953 - April 14, 2022
n loving memory of Regina (Jeannie) Anne Remillard, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister; born March 13, 1953, passed away unexpectedly surrounded by her loving family on April 14, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Isidore and Mary Remillard. Sister of the late Rosemary Daughtry and Elizabeth Racine. She is survived by her brother, Joseph A. Remillard and her sister, Catherine (Daniel)Turino; her three children whom she loves very much; Trina (David) Quinn, Heather (Rick) Swinney, William (Jennifer) Charbonneau. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grand children. She graduated from high school and was very proud of herself. She loved walking, music, and dancing. She had a great sense of humor and loved to scare people. On a typical night you could find her at a porch party with a bottle of RC cola. She was a devoted mom who had “eyes on the back of her head”. Her children’s favorite memories are playing games, reading books, and always eating dinner as a family. She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children. Anyone the knew them knew that she was a star in their eyes, and that’s all that ever mattered to her. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday April 20 from 4-7 at Marra’s Funeral Home (246 Remsen Street Cohoes), and a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 23 at 1pm at Connecting Point Church (568 Columbia Turnpike) East Greenbush.
