Albany Diocesan Cemeteries:
Albany Diocesan Cemeteries is seeking a Comptroller to oversee the Accounting, IT, and HR functions of the organization which manages 19 Catholic cemeteries in the Capital Region. The Comptroller will report to the Executive Director.
The Accounting responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, cash management, general ledger/financial statements, audit preparation and payroll for 50 employees. HR responsibilities include personnel records, writing policies, policy compliance, and management of benefits. IT responsibilities include coordinating with IT and cemetery software consultants. Positing requires engagement with families and employees consistent with our mission.
Bachelors degree in accounting with 5 or more years experience as an accounting supervisor or manager.
