Just like Amazon does for location of packages, , you may want to send a photo of the arrangements to customers so they can see if it was delivered and if it it looks like what was purchased. Just a thought.

I attended the service and arrived a little early to see if the flowers had arrived. The cards attached on all the arrangements were in the envelopes so I didn't see if any of the flowers were mine. I didn't want to open the envelopes on the altar in front of some of the family that were already there. There was one arrangement that looked a little like what I had ordered. I hope it was mine.

I learned of a family friend's passing the evening before the visitation at the funeral home. I was so grateful that the funeral home offered a link to the Life Tributes Sympathy Store, which offers 24 hour service and next day delivery. I was unable to attend, but the flowers were delivered before the visitation began at noon the next day. Throughout the process updates were provided, including delivery confirmation. I was relieved that we could honor our friend's father even though we could not be there in person. Thank you. PS, the selections included a wide array of options and price points; something for everyone's budgets and tastes.
