She loved Saratoga Race Course and went often with her family and friends. Going to the beach at Wildwood, NJ and bowling were some of her other interests. She will be remembered for her cheesecake, potato salad, and her holiday gatherings. JoAnn was an avid Yankees & 49ers fan. Survivors include her husband Fredrick Collins; daughter Deana (Scott) Ryan; son Tom (Sandi) Graziano, grandchildren Jason and Brandon Ryan; sister Virginia (Bill) Pezzula; brother Vincent (Maureen) Bonanni; step-son Scott Collins. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am, Thursday June 16 at Christ Our Light Church, 1 Maria Drive, Colonie. A calling hour will be held from 9:00am to 10:00am at the church prior to the Mass. Burial will be at Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
